FIELD: mass spectrometry. SUBSTANCE: method of power supply lies in feeding of pulse high-frequency voltage to electrodes of analyzer. Novelty of method consists in change of voltage during pulse edge in accordance with harmonic law. Device for power supply of analyzer has pulse generator 2 coupled to electron keys 5, 6. One of electrodes of analyzer is connected through controlled electron keys 3 and 4 to sources of permanent voltage having common wire. Same electrode is linked to common wire by means of series circuit made up by inductance L and two supplementary electron keys 5 and 6 connected in parallel to each other. In this case keys are connected to common wire and inductance is linked to electrode. EFFECT: increased stability of operational characteristics. 4 cl, 2 dwg
