FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: mill has vertical drive shell 1 of working chamber, rotor 2 connected with drive and bearings via shaft 3, loading and discharge arrangements 4 and 5 respectively. Nonreturn valve 8 mounted movably reciprocally along mill axis serves for communication of inner space of chamber with loading arrangement. Rotor 2 is made in the form of right cone 16 with lining ribs 17 stretching along its generatrix with uniform intervals throughout circumference. Rib spaces and inner space of cone 16 communicate with each other with the aid of through channels 19, axes of which are inclined relative to base of cone 16. Rotor 2 is provided with axially positioned water feed pipe 20 and steam-and-gas feed pipe 21 communicating with inner space of cone 16. Discharge arrangement 5 is made in the form of drive plate 25 secured horizontally in base of rotor 2 so that lower end face of working chamber shell 1 and upper surface of plate 25 form annular clearance.
