FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: universal canal cleaner consists of carrier vehicle and receiving vessel made in form of tank rectangular in horizontal plane and open from atop. Adjacent to tank from three sides is filter in form of settlers. Adjacent to last settler is clean water vessel. Made on the four side of tank is discharge hatch. Tank has additional bottom inclined toward hatch. Installed in settler is floating water intake. Installed above bottom is collector with nozzles and water supply pipe. First settler adjacent to tank has wall in its upper part. Second settler is separated from tank and first settler is separated from tank by wall with net. Passed in wall is branch pipe which is connected by means of flexible hose with floating water intake. Floating water intake has reservoirs filled with air. Installed in settler is baffle plate.
