FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a body in the form of a shaft. Small turbines, made as quickly removable sections, and a stabilizer, connected to an axis suspension through bearings joints, are mounted on it. A quickly removable tip is mounted on the lower part of the shaft. Cleaning members, made as vertical arch-shaped stripe type knives are oppositely fixed on the tip. The knives are fixed at their lower parts and their free ends have ellipsoidal broadened parts with salient outer surface and concave inner surface. The knives are turned so, that to form a positive cutting angle. EFFECT: apparatus is effective in removal of sediments from inner surface of pipes. 7 cl, 4 dwg
