FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: piston-rod is received in a case provided with top and bottom covers to form above-piston and under- piston spaces. The bottom cover is provided with a position pickup. A unit for fixing rod is made of a link. A bottom fixture is made of a catcher provided with a tooth holder. A step tie is mounted within the holder for axial movements. The tie is spring-loaded with respect to the cover. The step of grater diameter is provided with an opening for arranging rotating cam shaft provided with a driving handle. A bushing, which is spring-loaded by plate springs with respect to the tie, is mounted on the step of lesser diameter for axial movements. The link is provided with a ball bearing.
