FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with main and additional holes filled with a fluid, cylinders with pistons positioned inside and rods mounted in the main holes and connected to the pistons. The device has bearing members connected to free ends of the rods, and a flexible member tightly overlapping the additional holes. The effective area S1 of the flexible member is determined from a relation S1>0.1S2 where S2 is the total area of working end surfaces of the pistons. The bearing members equidistantly spaced through the entire surface of the body facing the object. The device may have a coating connected to the bearing members and fastened by its ends to the body. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 cl, 4 dwg
