FIELD: analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: investigated object is affected by electromagnetic field generated by resonator. Resonator is excited by two resonance modes in turn. Attenuation A1 и A2 and A1-A2 of these modes is measured. Difference (A1-A2)=f(W) between resulted values is computed. Moisture is determined by preliminary calibrated dependence β1=1. Resonance modes are excited by coupling elements which reactivity has different signs and coupling coefficients correspond to conditions less than or equal to 1, greater than or equal to 1. These coefficients are β2=1 at boundaries of measured range of moisture. EFFECT: increased field of application. 2 dwg
