FIELD: communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: even number of additional carriers are transmitted in the top part of frequency band of TV channel being free from spectra of carriers of video- and audio TV signals to form sequent set of pairs, separated for frequency; spectra of the pairs are not mixed. Each pair of adjacent additional carriers is modulated by its own digital signal by means of frequency manipulation without phase breaking. The frequency of modulation is above than tone frequency. Modulation index is chosen to be less than unit and/or frequency band of manipulated carriers is restricted preliminary in the parts which don't belong to these carriers.
