METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF HEAT-EXCHANGING APPARATUS WITH LONGITUDINALLY ORIENTATED CHANNELS Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2011503 C1

FIELD: heat-exchanging equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves putting together of tubes to obtain a cluster where some tubes are displaced relative to other tubes, mounting on face tubular gratings to form inner and outer tubular gratings. On end faces of tube cluster are installed covers provided with fluid inlet and outlet pipes, and enveloping gratings. Casing is mounted between inner tubular gratings and space between tubes, inner tubular gratings and casing is filled with powdery filler. Powdery filler is material inertial or electrochemically homogeneous relative to material of components of heat-exchanging apparatus. After filling heat-exchanging apparatus the filler is impregnated with wetting fluid. EFFECT: improved heat-exchanging capability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
