FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers with transverse partitions in the inter-tube cavities. Invention consists in the fact that in a heat exchanging device comprising a housing with branch pipes for supply and removal of the tube and inter-tube cavities coolants and located inside it a bundle of tubes with at least one transverse partition having free passages in predetermined locations for the flow of the inter-tube cavity medium, which cylindrical surface is provided with an arched resilient sealing element covering this surface and coming into contact with the housing inner surface, resilient sealing element is made of mesh material, and the free volume under the arched element is filled with elastic material.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
