FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger contains a housing with branch pipes for supply and removal of coolants of the pipe and intertubular cavities and a bundle of indirect tubes. Death of each tube of the beam has a stochastic character. Tubes independently of each other have, along their length, bends more than in two planes, the maximum bending amplitude does not exceed the radius of the tube, the minimum distance between the maximum bends is not less than 10 radii of the tube, and the position of the center of the tube cross-section along the length of the tube does not describe a cylindrical spiral. In a heat exchanger, a tube bundle of which is assembled from such tubes, an increase in the turbulence of the intertubular flow is ensured due to the generation of a chaotic turbulent flow of the medium in the intertubular space, which contributes to the growth of the heat efficiency of the heat exchanger.
EFFECT: heat exchanging device is proposed.
