FIELD: producing plastics. SUBSTANCE: paper is impregnated by aqueous solutions of thermoreactive binders and dried. Packet is manufactured of impregnated paper sheets, the process being followed by compressing. Inside layers of packet are manufactured of paper impregnated by phenol-formaldehyde resin. Said resin is modified by 5-15% wastes of ethylcellosolve and ethylcarbitol production. Inside layers of packet are produced of paper impregnated by ureamelamine-formaldehyde binder. Impregnated paper being used for inside layers production has volatile substances content 2.5-4.5% , viscosity of resin being 15-35 MPa x s. Desired plastics has: bending strength 150-170 MPa, increasing of mass 2.5- 4% , said product is resistant to boiling in water. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 tbl
