FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: rubber (100 mass parts), technical carbon (60- 100 mass parts), activator, softener, antiscorching agent and other additives are fed into high-speed rubber mixer. Removal temperature is 140-155 C. Mixture is fed into granulator and into cooling drums. Granules are fed into other rubber mixer for further treatment, the process takes place at 50-70 C. Accelerator and sulfur are added into this mixture. Removal temperature is 100-105 C. Then mixture is processed in rolls having zero friction. Summary circle rate of roll shafts is 48-64 m/min. Thus prepared mixture has: stress at 300% elongation 132-142 kgf/cm2, tensile strength 143-250 kgf/cm2. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 tbl
