FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on producing rubber compound for rideable inner tubes and involves mixing saturated rubber with carbon black, activator, and softening agent in rubber mixer and straining. After the first mixing and straining step, rubber compound in the form of small rolls is aged in air for 24-32 h and then small rolls are subjected to remixing and restraining at 20-30 C. Compound is once more aged for at least 8 h at temperature up to 60 C and vulcanizing group is added to it in rubber mixer. Temperature of compound upon its unloading from rubber mixer is 105 ± 5 C. Unloaded compound is treated on rollers and transferred to spewing machine to manufacture inner tube hose.
