FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: power plant has cylindrical hollow case and rotor mounted within the case space and made of two coaxial internal and outer parts which are provided with pistons. The plant also has spark plug, outlet ports, inlet and outlet passages, and mechanism for converting motion. The plant is provided with water nozzle and check valve. Passages for supplying air and discharging vapor are provided in the case of the plant. The outer part of the rotor has through ring face opening and is conjugated with inner face wall of the case. The water nozzle, outlets of the passages for supplying air and discharging vapor, which are arranged in series in the direction of rotation of the rotor between outlet and inlet passages, and spark plug are positioned on face wall of the case conjugated with rotors and ring opening provided in the outer part of the case. The check valve is set at outlet of the passage for supplying air. The converting mechanism is provided with free running clutches interposed between races of rotor shaft and coaxial shafts of its parts and back running clutches. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 dwg
