FIELD: thermal power engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat-absorbing elements are made in the form of washers from nontoxic, fireproof solid material mounted in series. A heat accumulator case has zonal bleed channels for condensate removal. An intermediate cooled working medium hot well chamber is fastened to the case. Two-position flaps are positioned in a heated working medium feed branch pipe and cooling working medium feed and bleed branch pipes. An alloy based on titan nickelide with working temperature range from -200 to +600 C and hysteresis temperature 15-40 C may be used as the material with thermally flexible phase transfers for the heat-absorbing elements.
