FIELD: ship building. SUBSTANCE: power plant is provided with engine 1 having outer heat supply and coupled with the engine through the system of heat pipes 14, heat accumulator made up as heat absorbing members 5 and heat transfer members 6, gas spaces with a heat carrier, housing with heat insulation 7, and heating system. Heat absorbing members 5 of heat accumulator are made of a material with heat resilient martensite conversion within the working temperature range. Passageways 15 are made in the bodies of the members. The passageways serve for flowing heating fluid from the space of the evaporation zone of heat pipes 14. The surfaces of the spaces are coated with a capillary-porous material impregnated with the heat carrier of heat pipe. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
