FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has reference cavity and measurement cavity with excited H011 mode oscillation divided by means of slit into first and second cylindrical cavities interconnected via self-centering magnetic hanger formed by two axially magnetized permanent magnets coaxially mounted on first and second cylindrical spaces of measurement cavity. Height of second cylindrical space is not greater than one fourth of resonance length of H011 mode and diameter of this space is greater than that of first cylindrical space. Metal bushing is installed above surface interconnecting first and second spaces, its outer diameter being equal to inner diameter of measurement cavity and inner diameter of bushing is beyond limit for H011 mode resonant oscillatory frequency. Internal area of bushing hollow is divided by thin strips into equal sectors varying in quantity; height of these strips equals that of bushing. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 3 dwg
