FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: crusher has a cutting drum mounted freely on the shaft and not provided with carriers. Some of their ends are hard-mounted on the shaft, others can freely move along the guides rigidly connected with the drum sidewalls and set at an angle to the countercutting plate so that the spiral blades of knives and guides on the drum involute formed an angle equal to 2τ. This results in increasing the share of the sliding cutting, that in its turn lowers the power consumption and decreases impact loads, vibration and increases the service life and enhances the reliability of the crusher. EFFECT: lowering of the specific power, consumption increasing in the reliability and the crusher service life. 4 dwg
