SUBSTANCE: after restoration of affected anterior crucial and collateral tibial ligaments, half width of patellar ligament and cortical lamina were separated, displaced and then secured in position on either external or internal surface of proximal metaphysis of tibia. EFFECT: preservation of normal function of femoral patellar joint.
