It is brought through the canal in tibia metaepiphysis formed behind the proper kneepan ligament directed upward, from anterior to posterior side, from inside outward from the internal edge of the tibia tuberosity to the transverse ligament of the knee joint dorsally displaced in advance together with the synovial membrane.
