Hinge joint pivot 3 is inclined by 30 +/-10 deg relative to plane of levers 1 and 2. Auxiliary branches 6 and 7 are pivotally mounted on levers symmetrically with respect to main branches 4 and 5 and connected by spring 10 with wedge 12 fastened to it.
