FIELD: mechanical engineering; producing clutch disks for automobiles, tractors and other motor vehicles. SUBSTANCE: machine performs reinforcing operation in plane perpendicular to axis of blank rotation. It has faceplate which is spring-loaded, rotatable and driven for longitudinal movement with working face surface to carry material, taper rollers for compacting each layer of material placed, placer with head kinematically linked with faceplate rotation drive through gate motion unit, also feed unit, cutting unit, and ready product isolator. Machine is provided with unit for changing outer diameter of blank, device changing material motion trajectory, and mechanism for varying blank compression force to produce disks of different type-sizes.
