FIELD: hoisting devices. SUBSTANCE: air hoist has hollow housing, tubular guide, source for pressure feed of working medium, drive drum with flexible traction member, load platform and device for moving this platform. Drive drum is mounted inside hollow housing. One end of traction member is secured on drive drum. Load platform is mounted longitudinally movably inside tubular guide. Load platform moving device is made in the form of coaxially arranged toroidal enclosures made of flexible material. Load platform is fitted with rod secured thereon. Installed in central hole of internal toroidal enclosure is rod and second end of traction member is secured to free end of rod. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 dwg
