FIELD: building material production. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming heat transfer agent in heares of drying, igniting, sintering zones from combustion products of outer fuel and waste gases, being recirculated off a bed, suction off the heat transfer agent in all zones from upwards to downwards; setting vacuum in chambers of the drying, igniting and sintering zones equal to 700-900, 500-600 and 250-400 da Pa respectively, and oxygen content of the heat transfer agent at input of the bed of igniting and sintering zones, equal to 7-12 and 16-19% respectively, due to changing quantity of atmospheric air, being fed in addition to heares of zones, for example agitating pelletized charge and solid fuel, loading the mixture on the conveyer machine and subjecting it successively to drying, igniting and sintering; performing drying process at filtering the heat transfer agent ( recirculation gases, having temperature 300 C, may be used as heat transfer agent) from upwards to downwards by action of vacuum, had been provided in the vacuum chambers and equal to 800 da Pa; performing ignition of the solid fuel of the charge by the heat transfer agent, having oxygen content 10,0% and also being filtered from upwards to downwards at vacuum degree in vacuum chambers of the zone, equal to 550 da Pa; receiving the heat transfer agent for an inlet of the bed in the hearth by agitation of combustion products of the outer fuel, recirculation gases and atmospheric air; sintering the charge at filtering the heat transfer agent, having oxygen content, equal to 17,5% through the bed from upwards to downwards; setting vacuum degree in the vacuum chambers of the sintering zone, equal to 325 da Pa; receiving the heat transfer agent for an inlet of the bed by agitation of recirculation gases and atmospheric air. EFFECT: enhanced quality of products, lowered content of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides in environment at use of the method. 1 cl
