FIELD: medicine, in particular, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: idea of new method consists in determining activity of any lysosomal enzyme contained in patient's blood serum, comparing obtained result with criterion value which is assumed to be equal to 2K where K is equal to magnitude of activity of given enzyme in healthy people. If magnitude of activity of given enzyme proves below 2K, positive effect of laser therapy of given patient suffering from ischemia is predictable. If higher than criterion value, positive effect of laser therapy for such patient is considered to be beyond prognosis. EFFECT: ease of performance. 5 cl
