FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing endocardium ischemia zone to radiation under visual control by applying 1.5 mW power during 30 min exposition time each second day 2-3 times. Light guide is brought through the right side regions of the heart, if ischemia focus is located in apicoseptal heart region. Ischemia focus being located on the back wall of the heart, light guide is brought through the left side regions of the heart. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 tbl
