FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: polygroup serum is prepared by simultaneously immunization of rabbits with mixture of plague, glanders, melioidosis, tularemia and brucellosis pathogens at ratio 0.1: 1: 1: 6: 4. Immunoglobulins of polygroup serum are used as sensitine. Initially sensibilization of latexes is carried out within 4 h at pH 7.0-7.4 and at room temperature, then within 12 h at 4 C by uninterrupted mixing; 10 mg of carrier being used per 0.1 mg of globulins. Method enables to increase globulin load on carrier, to decrease analysis time and expense of preparations. EFFECT: improves information content of diagnosticum, increases sorption capacity of latex. 1 tbl
