FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves five-fold immunization of animal-producers with avirulent antigenic material by intravenous route. Timalin is administrated as an immunomodulating agent by intramuscular injection simultaneously. In the third injection of antigen an immunomodulating agent cyclophosphane is administrated intramuscularly. Blood is separated and serum is prepared. Invention is used for production of high-active, specific hyperimmune sera.
