Abstract RU 2013151 C1

FIELD: rolling. SUBSTANCE: roll guide has hollow casing 1 with inlet and outlet holes 2 and 3 for the passage of rolled product. The casing has sliding inserts 4 engaging with the rolled product as it passes through the guide. Casing 1 accommodates two roll holders 5 in the form of two-arm levers with guide rollers 6 at ends in the outlet part of the casing. Positioned in the immediate vicinity to rollers 6 are two electrical rotation pickups 8. Rotation pickups 8 are secured to the casing of the guide by element 9 so that pins of cores 11 of pickups 8 in the form of multicoil winding 10 with cores 11 run in parallel with the axes of rollers 6. Pickups 8 are primary elements of the system for controlling the rotation of the rolls. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of rolling. 2 dwg
