FIELD: bioorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: the invention resides in that new compounds are stable in buffer solutions. The hydrolysis time with factor IXa is 21 and 24 min, respectively. Their detectable group has fluorescent properties. All said properties afford the advantages of the claimed compounds over the prior art when they are used as substrates for the determination of factor IXa. The method of analyzing factor IXa is simplified by using no additional second expensive component for detection purposes, and the analysis results become more trustworthy and the concentration fixation is by 10 times less than in the prior art which is due to using a fluorescent method (the characteristic of the instrument). EFFECT: improved properties of the derivatives.
