FIELD: bioorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: the invention resides in that new substrates are rapidly hydrolyzed with the APC enzyme and slowly with a thrombin. The time period pf their 10% hydrolysis with the APC enzyme is by 830-180 times shorter than that with a thrombin. To prove the presence of the positive effect, the Michael-Menten constants Kм and the catalytic constant Kcat are calculated, and the claimed compounds which are superior by ~ 103 times over the prior art are determined by the ratio value of these constants. Said properties make it possible to use them as substrates for the determination of the ASPC enzyme producing rate by activating protein C with a thrombin. EFFECT: increased selectivity. 6 tbl, 3 dwg
