Reagent 2: 6-L-arginylaminonaphthalene-1-isobutylsulfamide bromohydrate. Process is carried out in anhydrous dimethylformamide (DMFA) in the presence of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. Yield is 75%, [α]20D

= 38.0 (c=1, in dimethylsulfoxide; DMSO), m. p. is 156-160 C. Effectiveness of the proposed substrate is 3-fold as compared with the known one (Chromozym; TH) for 10% hydrolysis by time. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, increased effectiveness of substrate. 2 tbl, 1 dwg
