FIELD: pulse engineering. SUBSTANCE: switch has power transistor, which is controlled by two current transformers, performing intermediate transformation of currents, which turn on and off transistors. In order to speed up power transistor, as well as to improve reliability of operation in the mode of pulsing load currents, the capacitor is turned on, providing turning on current of transistor base at initial stage, depending no on collector current. Base current is provided to be proportional to collector current of power transistor as at the stage of its open state, and at the stage of dispersal of excess charges from its semiconductor structure when cutting it off. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. 5 cl, 6 dwg
