FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: material for electric heating elements working out contains silicon oxide as silicate matrix from amorphous oxide and graphite grains distributed in matrix bulk uniformly. Components parts have mass % relation corresponding to 5-30 mass % for graphite grains and 70-95 mass % for amorphous silicon oxide silicate matrix. For material manufacturing components are mixing and packing to sintering processing at temperature about 1200-1250 C. While manufacturing sol is preparing by alkylsilicate hydrolysis in presence of aside catalyzer. Sol is mixing with graphite and silicon oxide powder. Then all components are transforming to gel type paste. This paste is drying and caking for glass-like state achieving.
