SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of determining tonus of muscles of soft palate, rear palatine arches and their vibration at time moment of forced breath through a nose; carrying out cryogenic action by a liquid nitrogen over a time period, equal to (12-15)s, by a contact fashion on those zones, whose muscle tonus is lowered and subjected to vibration; repeating the cryogenic action on respective zones upon detecting remaining vibration and lowered muscle tonus.
