SUBSTANCE: essence of new method resides in that perphenazine is to be used as antiemetic preparation two or three days before cast is taken and dental prosthesis is properly fitted. Perphenazine is to be taken in dosage of up to 8 mg three times a day. New method further prescribes placing 1 tablet of phalimint under patient's tongue 30 min before denture fitting is started and then taking perphenazime in dose of 6 mg three times a day and 1 tablet of phalimint under tongue three times a day during 4 to 6 days.
