FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry. Covering prosthesis with elastic lining for rehabilitation of patients with partial absence of teeth consists of base with artificial denture from biocompatible photopolymer for 3D printing of removable dentures and elastic lining with thickness of 1-2 mm from biocompatible elastomeric polyvinylsiloxane material. Elastic lining is fixed with the dental glue in the prosthesis base so that it adjoins the capped teeth and the oral mucosa adjacent within 6-8 mm.
EFFECT: creation of a removable cover plate prosthesis facilitating more physiological distribution of chewing pressure on abutment teeth with partial absence of teeth.
