FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of unloading high-viscosity hardening products from tanks and can be used for heating and draining high-viscosity mazut without using steam and submersible elements inside the tank. Disclosed is a heating system of a tank with mazut, comprising a flexible structure of a heating element mounted on the tank and connected to a power supply. Novelty is that heating element (3) is built into closed system for supply of heated air into it and removal of air cooled from it during heat transfer process. Closed system additionally contains compressor (1), heat exchanger (2), connection and shutoff valves. Heating element (3) built into the system is a hollow tight air-tight shell (5) equipped with inlet and outlet branch pipes, besides, the inlet branch pipe is connected to compressor (1) through the intermediate heat exchanger (2), and the outlet branch pipe is connected to the compressor by the cooled air discharge line, into which the air inlet and outlet pipe (4) is built in front of the compressor. On the surface of hollow tight airtight cover (5) adjacent to tank casing (8), magnetized mesh (6) is fixed out of thin steel strips, providing its flexibility and connection to cistern (8) housing by means of magnetic forces, and on external surface is mounted thermal insulation (7).
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of technical means used for heating of tanks with high-viscosity mazut without using steam and submersible elements inside tank, as well as in reduction of power consumption during heating and labor costs during installation.
