SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport of viscous products and can be used at petrochemical facilities, oil processing, during unloading high-viscosity hardening products for accelerated emptying of railway tanks without using steam and submersible elements inside the tank. Disclosed is a device for electric heating of a tank with fuel oil, comprising electric heater (1), the winding of which is placed in an electric insulating shell (2) with possibility of installation on the cylindrical surface of tank (5). Novelty is that the device is made flexible with the possibility of receiving at installation of cylindrical shape and fixation on the tank casing by means of magnetic forces. At that on surface of electrically insulating shell (2) of electric heater (1), adjacent to tank (5) housing, magnetized frame from steel strips (3) is attached with thickness providing their flexibility and fixation on tank body (5) by means of magnetic forces, and on outer surface of electric insulating shell (2) heat insulation (4) is applied.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by invention consists in expansion of arsenal of technical means used for heating tanks with high-viscosity black oil without using steam and submersible elements inside tank, as well as in simplification of device and reduction of labor costs during installation.
