FIELD: plumbing systems. SUBSTANCE: arranged in the housing are movable and immovable ceramic washers having one similar segmental hole each. Drive shaft is connected with movable washer by means of carrier. Housing is provided with two ports separated by two struts. Ports are located in the area where movable washer is positioned. Carrier is made in form of solid cylinder whose movable washer is provided with flat on side of segmental hole; this flat has form of section of cylindrical surface whose axis is perpendicular to axis of carrier. Uprights of housing are located in plane of symmetry of segmental hole of immovable washer and flat. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 dwg
