FIELD: manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: valve has body with neck and straightway coaxial holes made in form of slits. Arranged inside the housing is shut-off member which consists of swinging motion inlet whose lever is connected with shut-off member by means of precompressing devices which are made in form of bearing plate and parallel pairs of shackles. Inlet lever may be made of two parts swinging relative to each other or plate may be mounted on housing for swinging. Motion of inlet lever and sealing are effected by means of low-power drive with the aid of additional lever with support mounted for engagement with housing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 6 dwg
