FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal protective equipment for rescuers working under emergency conditions under the impact of vibrations at facilities where sliding surfaces are in place. The high boot for a rescuer working under emergency conditions contains a bootleg and an antivibrational sole with a sealed cavity located in the bottom part and equipped with a backflow valve to communicate with the environment and a compressed air source. The sealed cavity is connected, via a choking capsule, to a damping hollow chamber made of a rigid vibration damping material such as "Agate" type plasticate and positioned inside the heel; positioned over the sealed cavity 9equidistant and congruent to the latter) is a resilient sealed casing filled with silicone liquid; positioned over it is an insole made of "Vibrosil" type needle-punched material based on siliceous or aluminium-boric-silica fibre. The sole material is represented by a vibration-absorbing material such as an elastomer or polyurethane with a porosity degree within the range of optimal values equal to 30÷45%; the damping chamber shape may be multi-faceted (that of a cube) or formed by solids of revolution such as a cylinder or a sphere; the following materials may be used for manufacture of the sealed resilient and damping casing: elastomers such as rubber, a cast polymer such as polyurethane or rubber-cord casing. Rigidly connected to the damping chamber in its middle part is a protective insert made of a resilient material that is harder than the sole; the insert performs the function of an additional resilient element within the "footwear-man" antivibrational system; additionally contained is an appliance preventing footwear sliding containing a substrate the face and the inner sides whereof have an abrasive and an adhesive coating respectively; the substrate is represented by an elastic polymer material; the substrate inner side with an adhesive coating has a delaminating protective layer; the abrasive coating on the substrate face side is represented by abrasive particles, attached immediately to the substrate, or an intermediate layer adherent to the substrate, abrasive particles attached to such intermediate layer; the substrate is designed in the shape of a rectangle with side length no less than 4 cm or a circle with diameter equal to at least 4 cm or the toe or heel section of the footwear sole, the substrate thickness amounting to 0.2-2.0 mm.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the rescuer protection against vibration and ensuring additional comfort of work at facilities where sliding surfaces are in place.
