FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has self-propelled chassis with manipulator installed on its turning post. manipulator includes boom, two parallel arms provided with yokes having gas cutter and, gripping members with rope branches, cooler, receiver, clamp with pipelines accommodating main conductors. Clamp has guides, spring and tubular members with shaped charges. As closes, charges encircle casing. Tongs are disengaged and machine is moved from well-head. In so doing, cooling air supply is continued from cooler through tubular member. Shaped charges are blasted with the aid of blasting machine and casing is cut by blast. EFFECT: higher operate reliability of machine due to reduced time for dismantling of metal structures and blowout preventer equipment. 5 dwg
