SUBSTANCE: method comprises isolation from neutral extractive agents of coniferous green of wax having melting temperature of 52-56 C, vacuum distillation of the resulting solution in turbulent film flow mode at residual pressure of not higher than 400 Pa, separation of said solution into fractions of sesquiterpenoids, labdanic diterpenoids and stillage residue, saponification of stillage residue with alcoholic alkali solution, treatment of saponification products with organic solvent and water, separation of unsaponifiable agents by settling followed by isolation of sterins, polyprenols, di-and triterpenoids from said agents by using liquid extraction method. Vacuum distillation is carried out in turbulent film flow of solution over surface being heated, separation of fraction of sesquiterpenoids and labdanic diterpenoids with liquid temperature ranging from 130 to 160 C and from 160-250 C, respectively with addition of solution to vacuum distillation stage, said solution resulting from additional isolated wax recrystallization stage, and saponification of stillage residue is carried out at temperature form 65 to 75 C. Additional wax recrystallization is carried out by dissolving wax in organic solvent at wax to solvent ratio of 1:1-6 followed by maintaining the solution at temperatures from -5 to +5 C, separating the resulting solid phase by filtration and distilling the solvent from filtrate.
