FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: method of low-alloyed aluminum-silicon alloy production with silicon share of 2 -14 mass % provides for solution of determined quantity of crystal silicon in aluminum-silicon base. As the base they use an alloy, produced in electrolyzers for aluminum production with mass ratio of silicon of the base to total amount of silicon in produced alloy not less than 0.45. EFFECT: method ensures production of low-alloyed aluminum-silicon alloys with improved physical and mechanical characteristics and without additional expenditures for modification. 4 tbl
