Abstract RU 2130121 C1

FIELD: mining industry; may be used in underground mining of coal and other bedded deposits. SUBSTANCE: aggregated support includes support units which consist of capping with turning cantilever, guard, two bases with port between them and interconnected by front and rear shackles, two props and two sets of balance beams, framework with front and rear panels, support unit beams connected with rear panel of framework at space equalling the support spacing, rams connected support units with framework. Support unit beams are connected rigidly with rear panel and raised together with rear panel above floor surface through the value of clearance for calculated seam hypsometry and provided with skid on the caving end of support unit beam to form together with framework the common supporting base through the entire width from framework front panel provided with supporting front skid to rear end of beam provided with rear skid. Rams with their front ends are connected with support units and with their rear caving ends, they are connected to bracket of support unit beam and located above the beam so that advance of support unit is effected by the head end of ram, and feed of framework onto face is performed with the help of rod end, and resultant force of support advance and framework feed is found above beam and considerably removed from seam floor. In the second version, box of support unit beam is used for accommodation of ram and wedges engageable with tail of framework rear panel ensuring self-braking rearrangement of framework inclination angle. In the third version, extensible cantilevers of cappings are provided with shearing cutters, and roof cutters of plough are located below shearing cutters. Capping has turning cantilever which is secured by pins and pressed to roof by jacks located at sides of capping. Body of movable part is installed for moving in the middle part of turning cantilever. EFFECT: higher efficiency of mining and support, intensified cutting conditions, increased degree of roof lagging, organic combination of support, framework and working member for combined performance of operations of coal winding, supporting and advance over hypsometry and thickness of seam. 4 cl, 4 dwg
