SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1 with longitudinal slot 6, incandescent lamps 2 disposed on its inner surface and trained at the housing center, a concentric groove formed on the inner surface of the housing. Lamps 2 are located in lamp holders 3 disposed in the region of groove such that a base of each lamp is situated completely inside of the holder.
