FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in reflector lamp containing radiation source installed in the bulb with reflecting coating on some part of side surface, a base fixed in it, which consists of body with thread, insulator, contact plate and compression spring arranged between insulator and contact plate, the compression spring is pre-deformed and retained with a limit stop provided between contact plate to insulator. The above contact plate is arranged at L distance from insulator and lies within 1.0÷1.5 of thread pitch of base body. At that, force of spring is within 1.5÷3.5 kgf.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of lamps.
