SUBSTANCE: proposed lamp has revolving bulb accommodating radiation source, base with its internal and external parts joined together by means of retainer, locking device that functions to prevent unidirectional rotation of base parts within each other, and insulator with contact strip secured to internal part of base. Retainer is made of springy wire in the form of faceted snap ring disposed in slot provided on insulator surface and placed on bent end surface of base internal part.

EFFECT: reduced cost and enhanced quality of lamp.
